Information, indicative budgets, timelines and service descriptions on this site are general information and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer or contract.
2. Projects and agreements
Scope, price, timeline, deliverables, usage rights and support are defined in the written proposal or agreement for each project.
3. Intellectual property
DigiMinds content and design may not be copied or presented as your own without permission. Rights relating to client projects are defined in the relevant project agreements.
4. External services
The site may link to third-party services such as Calendly, LinkedIn, GitHub, Google and Microsoft. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
5. Updates
These terms may be updated when website functionality or services change. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
