1. Essential consent cookie
- Name: digiminds_consent.
- Provider: DigiMinds / first-party.
- Purpose: stores your Analytics and External content choices together with the policy version and decision date/time.
- Category: strictly necessary.
- Duration: 6 months from your latest choice.
- It is not used for analytics, advertising or cross-site profiling.
2. Google Analytics — consent required
Provider: Google. Purpose: aggregate traffic and usage statistics. Category: Analytics. The script is not loaded before you enable Analytics.
- _ga — distinguishes visitors. Google’s default expiry is up to 2 years.
- _ga_<id> — persists session state. Google’s default expiry is up to 2 years.
3. Microsoft Clarity — consent required
Provider: Microsoft. Purpose: behavioral analytics, heatmaps and session analytics. Category: Analytics. The script is not loaded before you consent.
- _clck and _clsk — first-party Clarity cookies.
- Depending on Clarity functionality, Microsoft cookies can include CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM.
4. Calendly — only after External content consent
Provider: Calendly, LLC. Purpose: displaying and operating the booking interface. Category: External content.
DigiMinds does not create the iframe before you consent. If you decline, you can open Calendly in a new tab and use Calendly’s own Cookie Settings.
Calendly uses session cookies and, depending on visitor choice, persistent cookies/local storage. Calendly does not publish one fixed set of cookie names and durations for every embed scenario, so DigiMinds does not invent a static list that may become inaccurate. Current choices and cookies are controlled through Calendly’s own cookie manager.
5. Consent record and proof of choice
The first-party consent cookie stores the consent-policy version, a decision timestamp and the two optional category choices. A consent-policy version change invalidates the old record and causes the banner to be shown again.
For data minimisation, DigiMinds does not create a separate advertising identifier, fingerprint or server-side profile solely to prove the choice.
6. Change or withdraw your choice
Cookie settings remain available in the footer. You can enable or disable optional categories there at any time.
If you withdraw analytics consent, the site sends a denied consent state and removes first-party analytics cookies that it can remove from digiminds.gr.
