## Overview

My own studio's site, built as a conversion path rather than a brochure — one page, one action, and the instrumentation to tell whether it works.

## The problem

DigiMinds is my own studio brand for client work: web apps, sites, funnels and automations for the Greek market. The site is its front door, so it has to do the selling that a freelancer otherwise does in a first call.

## Goal

Turn an unfamiliar visitor into a booked audit call, and make the reasons for the booking explicit enough that the call starts warm.

## Role

Personal project: designed, built, deployed and instrumented the whole site.

## The challenges

- A single page has to carry proposition, proof, process and objection handling without becoming a scroll nobody finishes.
- Greek-language SEO needs its own metadata and structured data, not a translation layer over English defaults.
- Motion has to earn its place: enough to make the page feel alive, not so much that it delays the content or hurts the load.
- Claims about results are the easiest thing to inflate on your own site, and the hardest to defend afterwards.

## The solution

- One page carrying the whole funnel: proposition, services, process, case studies, testimonials, objections and a single booking action.
- Booking is the only conversion — a free twenty-minute audit call, so the visitor is asked for a decision rather than a form fill.
- Structured data, sitemap and robots generated at build time, with Greek-language metadata throughout.
- Scroll-driven motion with Framer Motion, kept to entry animations so it supports the reading order instead of competing with it.
- A hero variant switch behind an environment flag, so the opening claim can be tested rather than argued about.
